Update on Bardon Beat Team Priorities
Anti-Social Behaviour – Green Hill & Agar Nook
We have been conducting joint patrols to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) alongside partner agencies, including local council teams and housing associations.
This demonstrates a united response, increased visibility providing reassurance to communities, and collaboratively working towards enhancing the safety of our neighbourhoods.
School Parking - We have been focusing our patrols on some of the more outer lying village primary schools, although we have seen a significant amount of traffic around school pick up & drop off times we are pleased to report there were no obstructions or offences witnessed. We kindly remind all parents and caregivers to remain vigilant regarding road restrictions and to park in a safe and considerate manner.
Speeding Enforcement. We remain committed to addressing speeding and unsafe driving practices to ensure the safety of our roads for all members of the community. We have also teamed up with members of the Coalville Town centre Beat team to run a joint speeding operation between top the two beats.
